About Galina
Who I Am & Why I Love Teaching
I am a qualified Biology and Chemistry teacher with a university degree and several years of experience teaching in mainstream schools. I love teaching because I enjoy seeing the moment when a student finally understands something that initially seemed difficult or confusing.
For me, teaching is not about overwhelming students with information. I believe that clear explanations, logical structure and the right support can make even challenging topics manageable and interesting.
I particularly enjoy helping students build confidence in their own abilities. My goal is not simply to help you learn Biology and Chemistry, but to help you understand the subjects, develop effective exam skills and feel fully prepared to achieve your best possible GCSE results.
My passion is simple: making science understandable, building confidence and helping students succeed.

With a degree in Biology and Chemistry and teaching experience in mainstream schools, I provide clear, supportive tuition to help GCSE students understand difficult topics, improve their grades and approach exams with confidence.
Lessons are structured, personalised and exam-focused, combining clear explanations, targeted practice and effective exam technique. I help students identify gaps, apply their knowledge to unfamiliar questions and avoid common mistakes.
