About Ella
I’m currently studying International Relations with a strong interest in communication, education, and how people learn best. Alongside my studies, I’ve worked closely with kids in both academic and camp settings, and I’ve found so much joy in helping young learners grow. I take a patient, individualized approach, especially when working with students who have learning disabilities or need extra support. I believe every child learns differently, and it’s my job to meet them where they are and help them feel successful. I’m passionate about creating a space where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and celebrating progress—no matter how small. Teaching isn’t just about grammar rules or reading levels to me; it’s about connection, trust, and helping kids realize what they’re capable of.
