About Edwin
I am passionate in teaching, learning and research, which is why I have been on the job for 27 years. During this period, I have published a book, book chapter and over 20 academic articles in reputable law journals in the UK. One of my journal articles on lifting the corporate veil, published in 2017 was cited by the UK Supreme Court in the case of Hurstwood Properties Ltd v Rossendale B.C. [14 May 2021]. My publications are regularly cited in academic writings. I have supervised PhD theses to completion, examined and chaired PhD viva examinations.

With 27 years of teaching both large lectures and small tutorial groups, my approach is adaptable to meeting the needs of both. At the core of it, however, is the delivery of knowledge in a comprehensible manner and student satisfaction. I am particularly keen to meet the needs of individual students in smaller or one-to-one sessions.
