I have had the honor of knowing Allison for nearly 14 years now, and have seen her speak in a wide variety of venues. Allison is a phenomenal public speaker, but more, she is an equally fantastic coach and mentor. She is extremely talented at helping her mentees rigorously research topics of interest and proceed to construct well-structured speeches. But I think what additionally distinguishes Allison is the fact that, above all, Allison centers the growth of the individuals she mentors.
