About Alice
I am an ex headteacher currently studying for my PhD whilst caring for a family relative (I plan to return to the education system in the future). I have over 10 years experience in successfully helping children across England to succeed in school (mainly teaching Years 4-6) and have tutored privately for 4 years (references available).

I believe all children can learn; we all just learn in different ways. I adapt lessons to suit individuals and to ensure that they are interesting so that the learning is a fun process and memorable. Many students I have worked with have really benefitted from 1:1 support where they can learn tips that help them to learn how they learn which sets them up for their future.
