I am an experienced educator passionate about helping children learn, grow, and develop confidence. I have experience teaching primary school learners and supporting children in areas such as reading, writing, comprehension, homework support, and foundational skills. My teaching approach is patient, engaging, and personalized because I believe every child learns differently. I am a qualified Primary School Teacher with over 15 years of classroom and tutoring experience, supporting children aged 5–12 in Reading, Writing, Mathematics and Homework Support.
My teaching approach is learner-centred. I first identify each child's strengths, learning gaps and preferred learning style before creating lessons that are engaging, practical and easy to understand. I use stories, games, questioning, discussion and hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
Beyond academics, I intentionally incorporate character development into my lessons by helping children build confidence, responsibility, resilience, respect and independent learning habits. I believe children achieve their best when they feel encouraged, understood and motivated.
My lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are tailored to each learner's pace and needs. Whether your child needs extra academic support, homework guidance or help building confidence, I provide a patient and supportive learning environment that helps every child thrive.
