I’m Alice — a passionate science tutor with over 5 years of experience helping high school students master biology, chemistry, and physics. I’m currently in my final year of a Bachelor of Radiation Therapy, which gives me a strong academic foundation in applied science and healthcare. I specialize in online tutoring for students in Years 3–12, with a focus on simplifying concepts, improving exam results, and building lasting confidence in science. My science lessons are designed to simplify the complex and build real understanding — not just memorisation. I start by identifying the student's current level, strengths, and what they’re struggling with. From there, I tailor every lesson to fill the gaps and move forward with clarity and confidence.
My approach is calm, structured and focused on long-term understanding. I break down scientific language, use real-world examples, and teach study and revision strategies to help students retain and apply what they’ve learned.
️ Lessons are typically 60 minutes, but I also offer 90-minute sessions for deeper revision or exam prep. Lessons are delivered 100% online, with flexible time slots available across Australian time zones.
As a soon-to-be graduate in Radiation Therapy, I bring a deep understanding of science in practice — and I know how to explain it in a way that clicks. I’ve worked with students of all abilities, including those with ADHD, ASD and learning anxiety, and always bring patience, encouragement and belief in their potential.
