About Abdul Moghis
I am a dedicated Mathematics tutor with over three years of experience teaching students at primary and secondary levels, including GCSE and O Level preparation. I have worked with students of different abilities and helped them improve their understanding, grades, and confidence in the subject.
My lessons are structured and focused. I explain concepts clearly, practise questions together, and make sure students can solve problems independently before moving forward. I am patient, reliable, and committed to helping students make steady progress.

When starting a new topic, I first make sure the student understands what we are about to study and why it is important. I briefly explain the concept in simple terms before moving into worked examples. I solve a few questions step by step so the student can clearly see the method and reasoning behind each step.
After that, I ask the student to attempt similar questions independently. This helps me assess whether the concept has been properly understood. If the student struggles or gets stuck at any point, we go back, review the concept again, and practise more examples until the process becomes clear and comfortable.
I believe repetition with understanding is the key to confidence in Mathematics. I focus on making sure students are not just memorising steps but actually understanding why they are doing them.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes long and are conducted online in a calm, structured environment. I teach students at primary and secondary levels, including GCSE and O Level preparation.
