About Falak
Hi! I’m Falak. I am a nutrition and wellness educator with deep roots in health sciences and communication. My teaching style is clear, structured, and rooted in understanding rather than memorization. I focus on connecting theory to real-life examples whether it’s explaining metabolism, public health concepts, or nutrition science in everyday terms. Having worked in clinical and community nutrition settings, I bring insight from both the academic and practical sides of health. My goal is to make complex topics feel approachable and genuinely useful so you can learn with confidence and actually apply what you study.
