About Foteini

I have been teaching for more than 8 years. After finishing my studies in Translation and Interpreting I chose a role as a trainer in a multinational company. I enjoyed passing on knowledge and interacting with people from all over the world. At some point though I realized that the language itself was what I was really passionate about and therefore turned to teaching. To this day I am really excited when my students reach their goals and we interact fluently in the target language. I strongly believe in the communicative approach. The main goal of learning a language is to be able to interact. Therefore we will interact from an early stage during our lessons. I am here to provide the material, explain and guide you. However, do not forget! Studying and doing your homework is necessary in order to achieve your goals.

About the lesson

I'm a language teacher with a lot of experience and offer private tutoring online tailored to the needs of each. My courses are for children and motivated adults of all levels: beginners, intermediates and advanced students etc. Improve your grammar, enrich your vocabulary in a communicative way by working with authentic texts, specialized books and fun activities that will make you progress quickly.

For online classes, I work with GoogleMeet, Skype and Google Drive.

Don't hesitate to contact me, I adapt my courses to your needs and interests!

Foteini is my current German teacher. She is extremely capable and resourceful. Foteini has provided me with loads of self-study tools, as well as stimulating lessons each and every time. She is a personable, highly intuitive teacher who quickly notices how you learn. From then on, she prepares each lesson based on your unique needs and learning style. Every class I have with her goes by in a flash - and I'm always inspired to continue the work on my own. I recommend Foteini highly and without any reservations!

Foteini is a very good teacher. She is demanding and very thorough so you know you are always in good hands. She is also very passionate about her work and friendly.
Foteini encouraged me to take the Goethe Institut exams. I decided to go ahead and it gave my learning a good structure and myself a clear plan I would follow. I passed my exams from Level A2 to B2 with very good grades which gave me a sense of achievement and confidence in using my German.
I highly recommend Foteini to any level student of German.
