About Gabrielle
My name is Gabrielle, I'm French, and I currently live in London, where I am studying for my masters at London Business School after finishing my bachelor at the London School of Economics. One of my biggest hobbies is languages, which I picked up from moving around a lot throughout my childhood. Having lived in Paris, Geneva, London, Hong Kong, and Barcelona, I have learnt French, English, German, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish. Not only do I love learning languages, but I also love teaching them! In terms of experience, I have already been teaching French for several years to children and teenagers, aged 2 (!) to 15.

The first lesson will be dedicated to understanding your child's level of French, his weaknesses and strengths, as well as his learning objectives. I will also personalise my lessons around their own hobbies and interests to make sure the lessons are as interactive as possible for them. After that, what I like to do throughout my lessons is to use a wide range of materials (videos, newspaper articles, songs, ...) on a certain topic/grammatical concept/etc. to make sure my students consistently work on their reading, speaking, writing, and listening skills and get a comprehensive learning experience. I also really like to teach my native language within a cultural context, by sharing French traditions, to make my lessons more engaging and relevant.
