About Adam
Google me! - What makes me stand out as a tutor is my background in both the technical and creative sides of music production. I’ve been deep in the music scene for years, co-writing tracks with big names like Paul Van Dyk and working on countless projects. I bring this real-world experience to the lessons, which means you’re not just learning how to use a DAW—you’re getting insights into how the pros do it, what really works in the industry, and how to develop your unique style.
I also focus on making our lessons a two-way street. It’s not just me talking and you listening—I want to know what excites you about music production and what you want to achieve. I’m here to support your growth at your pace, and I always keep things current, sharing the latest tips and tricks as the industry evolves.

As a tutor for Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), my goal is to make learning music production fun, practical, and tailored to you. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your skills, I’m here to help you navigate the world of DAWs and feel confident in creating your own sound.
How I Teach
I believe the best way to learn is by doing. So, my lessons are all about getting hands-on with the software and diving right into projects. We'll cover everything from the basics—like setting up your tracks, mixing, and editing—to more advanced stuff like sound design, automation, and mastering. My approach is simple: break down complicated topics into easy-to-understand steps, practice them in real-world scenarios, and encourage lots of experimentation and questions along the way. I'm all about creating a relaxed, supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring and pushing your creative boundaries.
What a Lesson Looks Like
Here’s how a typical session goes:
Kick-off with Concepts: We’ll start with a quick overview of what we’re focusing on that day. It could be anything from learning how to use EQ and compression to creating your first beat or working on vocal mixing.
Dive into Action: Next, it’s your turn! You’ll jump right into the DAW to work on a project, like building a track, layering sounds, or editing a recording. I’ll be right there, guiding you through each step and sharing tips and tricks that come straight from the music industry.
Wrap-Up and Feedback: We’ll finish by going over what you’ve created. I’ll give you some feedback on what’s working well and what could be improved, and we might set a fun challenge or project to try out before the next session.
Who Can Join In
My lessons are for anyone who wants to learn and grow in music production, whether you're just starting out or have some experience and want to sharpen your skills. Maybe you’re a high school or college student wanting to dive into producing your own tracks, a hobbyist looking to get more serious, or a musician who wants to take control of your recordings. Whatever your level, I’ve got you covered.
I’m also great for content creators who want to boost their audio game or professionals in related fields (like game audio or film sound) who need a DAW deep dive. Whatever your path, I’m here to help you build the skills and confidence to create awesome music and audio.
