About Jack
I am a recent college graduate of Elon University in North Carolina, and spent my first year teaching science at an experiential middle school in Greensboro, N.C. I am currently processing opportunities to teach English/science abroad, and have loved all of my formal and informal education experiences. I taught with an emergency Teaching License, which is awarded to help new graduates get accredited job experience while pursuing a master's degree.

I worked at an experiential middle school, in which we emphasized hands-on learning led by student curiosity. A typical lesson involves reviewing relevant prior knowledge, an introductory lecture, examining examples of the subject, and connecting the lesson back to the environment around us. These lessons are prepared for elementary and middle school students, and will be elaborated on in much greater detail for high school students.
