About Rania

I am a global leader with over 25 years of international experience leading change and transformation. I am also an adviser, mentor and trainer who coached and developed talent for many years. I train and coach individuals and groups particularly on the skills of Communication, Influence, Relationship Building and Public Speaking. I am an international speaker myself and have been speaking at international conferences for nearly 20 years. I feature regularly in professional webinars. I am also a podcaster. I hold a Master's degree in Strategic Management, two professional qualifications and I studied Communication and Influence at Cambridge University I love to see the potential of people come to full fruition. Using the latest psychology, neuroscience, NLP and social skills acquired from years of experience, continuous life-learning and studying with some of the top institutions and international teachers. I have helped many people overcome social stress and anxiety, a lack of social skills, fear of public speaking, and the imposter syndrome that stops people shine. I have a wealth of experience teaching, tutoring and coaching students at Undergraduate, school level, as well as young and seasoned professionals.

This is what my lessons cover - whether 60 or 90 minutes, together we explore the strategy, techniques and human skills needed for you to stand out, shine and succeed. A blend of know-how, lots of practice and visualisations to anchor you. Sessions are tailored to your bespoke needs to empower you and cover presence, articulation, clarity of message, confidence, influence, impact, emotional regulation and managing your audience. Your ability to read the others is critical and emotional intelligence is your power.
