About Jay
My path to medicine wasn't the most straightforward. While the GAMSAT initially presented a hurdle, I persevered, honed my skills for the CASPER and MMI, and ultimately landed a spot at the University of Notre Dame with a CSP offer.
This experience has shaped who I am as a tutor. Before medicine, I completed a Bachelor of Paramedicine and gained invaluable experience in public health and as a cardiac physiologist. This diverse background allows me to offer a comprehensive perspective when tutoring CASPER and MMI.

Very happy to have worked with Jay for my preparation leading into the 2025 CASPer test. Jay’s teaching style is patient, structured when necessary and he gives feedback with an excellent balance between identifying strengths and discussing areas of improvement with objectivity.
It was my first time sitting the test, and Jay’s guidance helped with my structure, flow and execution. I was able to score in 4th Quartile for the 2025 sitting which I don’t think I would have been able to do without Jay’s tips!Jay has been fantastic with building up my confidence and putting me in the best position possible for not only my CASPER test, but also interview prep. He is a very knowledgeable tutor and just a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend him as a tutor!
Jay was great in helping me get a 4th on Casper after years of 3rd quartile. From the start he made me feel comfortable like I was practising with a friend but gave me all the crucial feedback I needed to improve in a really constructive manner.
