Hello! I'm Victor Ngonglo, a passionate Mathematics educator with over 13 years of teaching experience, including 5 years teaching secondary school Mathematics and 8 years teaching college Mathematics and Automotive Engineering. I hold a Bachelor of Technology Education (Automotive Engineering) from Moi University (2011) and I am a TVETA Certified Trainer.
I specialize in the Kenyan Curriculum (KCSE/KNEC) and the British Curriculum (IGCSE, GCSE, and A-Level), helping students master Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics, and Engineering Mathematics. I believe every student can improve in Mathematics when concepts are explained clearly and lessons are adapted to their individual learning needs. My approach is student-centred, practical, interactive, and results-oriented.
Teaching Techniques and Methodology
I begin by assessing the student's current level, strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals. I then explain concepts step by step using simple language, worked examples, diagrams, and real-life applications. Students are encouraged to participate actively by solving problems, asking questions, and explaining their reasoning.
I use regular exercises, short assessments, exam-style questions, and feedback to monitor progress. For students preparing for examinations, I focus on syllabus coverage, revision strategies, past-paper practice, time management, and identifying common mistakes.
Typical Lesson Length
My standard lesson is 60 minutes, although I can provide 90-minute or 120-minute sessions for advanced topics, examination preparation, or intensive revision.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology Education (Automotive Engineering) from Moi University, completed in 2011, and I am a TVETA-certified trainer. I have over 13 years of teaching experience, including 5 years teaching Mathematics at secondary-school level and 8 years teaching Mathematics and Automotive Engineering at college/TVET level.
