About Harry
I have always had a passion for education and teaching, and I have been exploring this passion largely over this past year, whereby I gained a lot of tutoring experience. I am currently doing a Bachelor of Science and Advanced Studies at USYD and I am planning to complete a master's of teaching as a graduate to pursue a career in secondary education. I love physics and maths and if I can help share this attitude with other students, they will have the drive to succeed in these areas. I have been awarded a Teacher's Scholarship and have a current and valid Working With Children's Check.
I am currently tutoring lots of students so my availability is very limited at the moment

I completed the HSC in 2021 receiving band 6s for Mathematics Advanced, Legal Studies, and Physics, achieving an ATAR of 97. I am currently a second year university student at the University of Sydney majoring in advanced streams for physics and computer science. I have been tutoring in physics, legal studies and maths (years 4-12) for the last year accumulating over 300 hours of tuition. I got a 97 for legal studies in the HSC.
In the lessons I am flexible and will do whatever suits the individual needs of the client. Whether that be helping with homework, trying to get ahead of the class, prepping for exams or just general assistance, I am happy to do it all.
In my lessons I try to focus on helping students gain some intuition behind what is happening as I believe one of the biggest areas for error in mathematics and sciences is due to mindless application of formulas.
I am also happy to extend the length of all sessions to 1.25 hours for no additional cost, just because I find that the extra 15 minutes is quite crucial as it allows us to go through some more tricky examples. Just let me know if this is something you would like to do.

Details
I am also happy to do grouped private tutoring for discounted price per person. This involved groups of either 2 or 3. Groups of 2 will be at $35 per person and groups of 3 will be $30 per person. If the groups are online, these prices will be $5 cheaper per person.
