Hi! I'm an experienced Math and Physics tutor with over 4 years of professional tutoring experience and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astrophysics from the University of Toronto.
Throughout my time as a tutor, I've worked with students of varying skill levels, helping them improve their understanding, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals. I understand that Math and Physics can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I am extremely familiar with the Ontario high school curriculum and specialize in Grade 10 Mathematics, Grade 11 Functions and Physics, and Grade 12 Advanced Functions and Calculus & Vectors. I also offer support for select introductory university Math and Physics courses.
I take pride in being reliable, professional, and well-prepared for every lesson. Whether you need ongoing tutoring, help with homework, exam preparation, or a head start before the school year begins, I tailor each session to your individual learning style and goals.

All tutoring sessions are conducted virtually through Google Meet, making it easy to learn from anywhere. Before officially booking, I offer a free 30-minute consultation/meet-and-greet to discuss expectations, answer questions, and ensure we're a good fit.
As an experienced tutor, I adapt my approach based on each student's needs. I can:
-Design personalized lesson plans
-Help with homework and assignments
-Create practice quizzes and tests
-Prepare students for upcoming courses
-Provide detailed lesson notes after every session
I can be as hands-on or hands-off as a student prefers, from teaching every concept step-by-step to simply answering questions and providing guidance when needed.
A typical lesson begins by reviewing previous material or discussing any questions the student has. We then work through new concepts using clear explanations and guided examples before practicing problems together. Throughout the lesson, I check for understanding and adjust the pace as needed. After each session, students receive notes including all the material covered so they have a resource to review on their own.
I hold an Honors Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astrophysics from the University of Toronto and have extensive experience tutoring high school students. I am extremely familiar with the Ontario high school curriculum and understand the expectations, pacing, and common challenges students face. My goal is to make difficult concepts approachable while creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
