With a Master's degree in Laboratory Medicine, I've spent years leading day-to-day operations and managing teams in medical laboratories. My responsibilities included overseeing quality control, problem-solving, and integrating new procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Beyond the medical field, I co-founded video production companies, where I managed teams, handled content creation, and led social media efforts.
