For the past six years, I have studied and practiced health and well-being for elite athletes and the general public. Whilst I have achieved a Masters Degree from Loughborough University, I have also worked in top level football academies and helped everyone aged 18 to 85, no health conditions to those with neurological, pathological and musculoskeletal impairments. Whether you are looking to lose fat, gain muscle, improve blood sugar and cholesterol, age well, or improve your stress resilience, I can help. Starting with an initial assessment and monitoring progress monthly after, we can work together to form the perfect intervention for your goals.
