About Jonathan
I'm a passionate musician with a strong foundation in music theory and a deep love for the guitar. My musical journey began with piano lessons at a young age, laying the groundwork for my understanding of music theory. However, it was my profound connection with the guitar that truly ignited my musical journey.
In high school, I channeled my enthusiasm into playing guitar in a rock cover band, mastering power chords. However, my hunger for a deeper understanding of the guitar led me to the Patel Conservatory of Music in Florida, where I continued to expand my musical horizons.
My musical journey took diverse paths as I joined a wedding band as their lead guitarist, specializing in R&B and Funk, while also immersing myself in the world of blues guitar with a jam band in Georgia. This multifaceted experience allowed me to refine my skills in various genres and further enriched my musical knowledge.
Throughout my musical evolution, I've dedicated countless hours to mastering the guitar, studying under numerous teachers, exploring online resources, and investing in various courses and workshops. This extensive exploration allowed me to connect the dots, bridging my piano-based music theory with the unique intricacies of the guitar. As a result, my playing reached new heights.
