About Srijita
As a Medical Student with a track record of excellence in science, including several awards and prestigious trophies at school and being highly commended in the UK Biology Olympiad, I am deeply committed to helping students excel in GCSE Science. My personal experience of achieving top grades equips me with a clear understanding of the challenges students face and the strategies needed to overcome them.
With over four years of experience in tutoring and mentoring, I offer a personalised approach tailored to each student’s needs. I genuinely care about the success of my students and strive to create a warm, supportive environment where they feel encouraged and valued. My goal is to guide and motivate each student, ensuring they gain confidence and achieve their full potential every step of the way.

I focus on helping students understand core concepts deeply and provide personal tricks to easily remember difficult formulas and lists. Moreover, by practising a range of exam questions, I help students sharpen their exam skills and teach them how to use keywords and structure answers for maximum marks. My students have found these strategies invaluable in boosting their performance, confidence and comprehension.
Having been an A-level student at Dr. Challoner's and Sacred Heart, with all 9s in GCSE Science and 11 A*/A grades, I am keen on sharing my knowledge and techniques. I have taught private GCSE Science lessons, served as a mentor for GCSE Science for over four years, and AS-level Biology mentor.
As a Science Prefect, I led revision sessions for Year 7-11 students, helping them master difficult topics and prepare effectively for exams.
My experience over the years has equipped me with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support various learning styles.
My lessons are tailored for GCSE Science students aged 11-16.
