I started my French journey with Helene 2.5 years ago. She has been great as a tutor, knowledgable, flexible and accommodating with picking the topics I am interested to cover in the lessons. I am learning French as a hobby and have enjoyed my experience with Helene. My 10 year old son is now also taking lessons with Helene and he enjoys himself a lot learning a new language. I was introduced to Helene through a friend when I was looking for support to help my son improve his French. From the very beginning, Helene has been extremely dedicated, patient and responsible.

Over the past two years, my son’s French has improved enormously. He went from lacking confidence and being near the bottom of his class to becoming one of the top students in French. More importantly, Helene has helped him rebuild his confidence and develop a much more positive attitude towards learning the language.

What I appreciate most as a parent is not only Helene’s academic teaching, but also the care and encouragement she gives to her students. After every lesson, she sends detailed notes and helpful feedback, and she always adjusts her teaching according to my son’s progress and needs rather than simply pushing through the syllabus.

Thanks to Helene’s guidance, my son now feels much more confident in French. He will be joining Eton College as a Year 9 boarder, and he is entering this next stage with real confidence.
