Ornella has a been an exceptional
colleague when I was teaching in the Modern Foreign
Languages Department in one school North London.
I have enjoyed working with Ornella who
is a hardworking, passionate and caring teacher. In fact,
Ornella was the second in charge in the department and was
ruling the department in the absence of the Head is
Department. Her Organization skills really helped her
to lead us in an excellent way. She successfully

I have known Ms Shosola since September when I was appointed as Head of faculty Modern Languages Deputy at Heartlands School in the London Borough of Haringey whose catchment covers a wide range including Wood Green, Alexandra Palace and Edmonton. As second i/c MFL she has taught Spanish at Key Stage 3 and English as a Second Language to students of a range of different nationalities. However her main subject is French which she has taught to GCSE level and to A Level in her previous school. She has a near-native knowledge of French and uses a wide variety of innovative teaching methods to ensure that her students gain confidence and a good understanding of how to use and manipulate the language.
In all the time that I have worked with her, I have found her professional attributes to be outstanding. She is able to form excellent relationships with the children and young people in her care, having high expectations and establishing exceptionally positive attitudes towards their studies. She is motivated and enthusiastic and always keen to seek advice on how to improve her work still further.
