About Connor Shane
I have over five years experience of teaching French and Spanish from KS3-KS5 level and I have also been Head of Spanish at two different schools.
I am currently a primary school teacher as I wanted to experience teaching in a primary setting. I greatly enjoy it!
My MA focussed on how boys' achievement can be increased in GCSE Spanish.

Every learner is different and therefore it is important that the learning experience is tailored to the specific needs of each individual student. With this in mind, I like to know what particular areas a student finds difficult so that I can work with them in order to increase their confidence in the area(s). Tutoring with younger students involves interactive learning with games but with a clear focus in mind. I am open to working with clients in order to find the right fit for every individual student.
A lesson usually lasts for an hour but thiscan be discussed depending on your requirements.
I have a BA(Hons) in Combined Modern Languages, a PGCE in Modern Languages and an MA in Leading Innovation and Change. These qualifications, combined with my teaching experience, mean that I am confident that I will be able to help you!
I am happy to tutor students of all ages and levels. From beginner French/Spanish to more experienced learners!
