About David
I started out life in a small blue-collar town in Wisconsin with nearly zero exposure to finance and economics. I begun my adulthood as an enlisted infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corps almost 15 years ago. Now I manage over a billion dollars in client assets under management and help city governments, non-profits and highly successful families manage their money and understand the world of economics. I have a master’s degree in legal studies with a focus on wealth management from Texas A&M. During my nonworking hours I give back to my community in Los Angeles by giving financial seminars and workshops to those that need help demystifying the world of finance and help them take advantage of the opportunities around them.

I teach people of all ages and educational backgrounds from middle school to college educated. As someone who works with people from all socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, I have developed a teaching plan that helps meet you where you are in your understanding of finance. I focus on using real world examples and delivering the material in ways that are most effective in helping a person retain and understand the material. In my career, my first and most important function is to provide advice and council to people so they understand the mechanics of how the world of finance works around them and I do that in my lesson plans which starts with the foundations of financial principles.
