My Approach to English Tutoring:
As someone who has been learning English since primary school and has spent over 1.5 years living in Australia, I bring a unique, real-world perspective to my English tutoring. My approach is student-centered, adapting lessons to each individual’s needs, goals, and learning style.
Interactive and Practical Learning: I believe that language acquisition is most effective when students can actively engage with it. I incorporate a mix of speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises to help students build well-rounded language skills. Knowing the grammar and structure of a language so well helps writing and understanding better text.
Tailored to the Student: I focus on the specific areas where students need improvement, whether it’s grammar,vocabulary,writing essays or literature. I design lessons to be interactive and engaging, ensuring that students feel motivated and challenged while also enjoying the process of learning.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
Lessons usually last between 45 minutes to an hour, but I adjust based on the student's preferences and energy levels. I find this time frame is ideal for covering key topics, with enough opportunity for practice and feedback without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
