Leila was my mentor, and she was incredibly supportive, patient and encouraging throughout the time we worked together. She has a natural ability to explain things clearly and would always take the time to break something down differently if I didn’t understand it the first time.

What I appreciated most was how approachable she was. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, and she was very good at helping me work through problems myself rather than simply telling me the answer. She is knowledgeable, reliable and genuinely wants the people she works with to succeed.
