About Alan
Alan is an experienced English teacher with 10+ years in education at a private, Catholic school. I have a strong background in helping students grow as confident, capable writers. I have spent years working with high school students in the classroom, guiding them through everything from literary analysis and research papers to college application essays.
I understand that writing can feel overwhelming for many students. My strength lies in breaking complex assignments into clear, manageable steps while creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks. I believe every student can improve with the right structure, guidance, and encouragement.
