About Ramisha
Hi! I'm a passionate and experienced tutor offering lessons in English and Biology for Primary, GCSE, IB, and adult learners. I hold a degree in Biomedical Science, which gives me a strong foundation to support students in Biology, and I currently work as a part-time tutor at Explore Learning, teaching English and Maths to students aged 5 to 15. I also have past tutoring experience in Hong Kong, working with a diverse range of learners.
I absolutely love reading and writing short stories, and I bring that creativity into my lessons to make learning more engaging and enjoyable. My teaching style is student-led, fun, and supportive—I aim to help every student build confidence in their abilities while developing a genuine interest in the subject.
Whether you're preparing for exams or simply want to improve your skills, I'm here to help you achieve your goals in a way that works for you.
In my free time, I love to read, write and bake sweet treats and desserts!

My lessons are focused on student approach and student based learning. Using summaries, flash cards, improvisation methods of explaining a topic to remember and memorize as well as understand. And quizzes after each topic summary to test students' knowledge.
As a recent biosciences graduate who studied biomedical science at University, I have good experience in biological topics and knowledge in order to properly explain biological terminology and topics. I can provide lessons to GCSE / MYP level students and especially IB students as an IB graduate myself.
