Hi, I’m Tina! With over 25 years of experience as an educator — including 15 years at NAIT’s JR Shaw School of Business — I’ve had the privilege of helping students from all walks of life discover their voice and achieve their goals. My background also includes HR recruitment, so I know exactly what instructors, employers, and organizations look for in strong writing and confident communication.

Seeing their confidence and creativity shine that day reminded me why I’m passionate about helping students find their voice.
