I am writing to highly recommend Adele , who served as my English teacher at the British Council in Kathmandu in 2008. Adele, as a friend , already has been a person to me, who teaches me different ways to express my thoughts in English as i listen to her speak and express herself in different ways. We had Adele as teacher in an intermediate class in which I easily improved my english of one step to Upper Intermediate. Lessons were Always different and all of us liked her enpathy and professional approach

Adele is one of the best mentors, tutors instructors, facilitators and trainers I have ever met in my journey as a teacher educator. What I like most is her input sessions where she arrives with full preparation and plans and with smiling face delivers her sessions making training session more interactive. During her sessions, she keeps the trainee participants engaged in pair and group activities, let the group leaders of each group present their group discussions and she monitors and prepares feedback. If a trainee attends her training sessions carefully, he/ she learns a lot as her sessions are like demo sessions and a trainee can have sufficient takeaways from her . I had my CELTA from Adele in British Council, Nepal in 2014. During celta classes, she was our teacher, guardian, parent, mentor and a good friend too. What I still remember is her feedback sessions. She is very strict in CELTA classroom . She is very very caring, loving, guiding and supporting to her trainees or students. In my life, I miss her classes in Celta. When I have to prepare session plans for my training sessions, write reports, collect and give feedback, observe classroom and run M.TOT, I recall her productive feedback and effective sessions. Adele is my best tutor/ trainer.
