About Molly

I have been a preceptor for new nurses and nurses new to critical care for over a decade. I also still work at the bedside and enjoy keeping up with my own education!
I love learning through teaching as I am always surprised by the different ways to see something through new eyes.

About the lesson

I will assess what your needs are and formulate a plan to help you succeed! I really believe in the teachback method, so we can role play as if I'm the student and you're the tutor to check your skills! You're in control here though, so lets' find out how to get you confident with the material together!
