About Andrew
I’m Andy, originally from Scotland and now living in London. I graduated from the University of Glasgow with First Class Honours in Politics and have spent over a decade working in commercial leadership, sales, marketing and business growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped businesses develop their growth strategies, build high-performing teams and improve how they attract, convert and retain customers.
I’ve worked across startups and established businesses, combining creativity, data and experimentation to solve commercial challenges.
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been coaching and developing people, helping them build confidence, challenge their thinking and achieve things they might not have thought possible.
That’s ultimately why I want to teach. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned, but equally, I enjoy learning from others. I believe the best teaching comes from curiosity, honest conversations and a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
