About Prarthana
I am a qualified physiotherapist with a strong academic and clinical foundation in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. I am passionate about teaching and helping students develop a clear understanding of both theoretical concepts and their practical clinical applications.

-My approach as a teacher
I believe physiotherapy is best learned when concepts are understood rather than memorized. My teaching approach is interactive, patient, and tailored to each student’s level of knowledge and learning style.
- Teaching techniques and methods
I simplify complex topics using easy explanations, diagrams, clinical examples, and practical situations. I encourage students to ask questions and think through clinical problems rather than simply giving them the answers. I also connect anatomy, physiology, pathology, assessment, and treatment principles wherever possible so students can understand the bigger clinical picture.
-Usual structure of a class
A typical class begins with a quick discussion of the student’s existing knowledge and learning goals. I then introduce the topic step-by-step, explain the key concepts with examples, and use questions throughout the session to check understanding. We finish with a brief recap and clarification of any doubts.
- My special features as a teacher
I am patient and approachable, and I adapt my teaching according to the individual student. I focus strongly on conceptual clarity and clinical reasoning. My aim is not just to help students prepare for exams, but to help them develop confidence in applying their knowledge as future healthcare professionals.
