About Sebastien
Sebastian is from Brussels. His culinary career is atypical. He begins by learning himself, researching the web and culinary literature to learn techniques and basic recipes. He then travels to Italy and Thailand to discover the secrets of these two iconic traditions. He attended Samui institutes of Thai Culinary Art on Koh Samui Island. In 2015 Sebastien returns to live in Brussels and meets the now Michelin-starred chef Isabelle Arpin. They befriend each other and Sébastien quickly joins Isabelle's team at the Alexandre restaurant. A few months later, the chef gets her first Michelin star. The adventure is extraordinary. Sébastien then continues his career at the restaurant "la buvette". The team of Nicolas Scheidt proposes a striking kitchen, linking the simplicity to the surprise. Sébastien then decides to create his own brand of Bistronomique products and opens "L'atelier24.be" where he proposes 100% natural recipes, based only on fresh ingredients, without preservatives or dyes. Today the chef puts his knowledge and good humor at your service. It will reveal the secrets of the great chefs to treat you with family or friends.

The transmission of knowledge is one of the golden rules of the French culinary tradition. I like to share what I learned from great chefs. The purpose of a class is to give you the tools to reproduce the menus together, to learn new simple and effective techniques and to transform inexpensive and delicious products. In each of the available menus, I suggest you discover one or more techniques that you can apply to other foods from the same family. Once the recipes are done, we will see how to put food on the plate during a culinary training session. You can count on the seriousness of the chef and also on his good mood to make you have a good time.
