About Tatyana
I’m a certified English teacher. I’ve been teaching English for over 15 years.
I have a Master’s degree in Education and Literature. Recently I’ve also successfully completed CAMBRIDGE certification CELTA.
My experience includes teaching Conversational English, Business English, Grammar and test preparation courses for TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS and Eiken examinations.
I absolutely enjoy teaching children after working for 2 years at an international school in Japan.
My life experience involves living in different countries, such as the United States, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia to mention a few.
I worked as a corporate tutor and assistant to CEO of a multinational company as well.

My teaching method is 80/20 student/ teacher talking ratio. My role is to guide, encourage and explain. The student’s one is to actively participate, be proactive and inquisitive.
I provide an extensive variety of custom selected materials or use the ones chosen by the student.
Mistake correction and analysis is a must, but I’ll do it in a diplomatic and supportive way.
