About Umama
Hi, I’m Umama, a Chartered Accountant by profession with more than 3 years of teaching experience at a UK Virtual Academy, so I am very familiar with the British Curriculum.
I now provide private tuition in Dubai, either online or at home, specializing in English, UOI, Math and Science for Pre-Primary and Primary students. I focus on helping children understand concepts clearly, build confidence, and enjoy learning. My lessons are fun, interactive, and personalized, using visual aids, worksheets, hands-on activities, and simple explanations.
I also support school-going students with their homework via the Seesaw app, ensuring they complete tasks accurately and understand the material.
With a friendly, patient, and encouraging approach, my goal is to help children develop strong foundations, enjoy learning, and achieve their best in all core subjects.

My lessons are specially designed for Pre-Primary and Primary students following the British Curriculum. I make learning simple, fun, and easy to understand, so children enjoy studying and feel confident.
For Math, I focus on building strong basics such as numbers, counting, addition, subtraction, shapes, measurements, and problem solving using games, visuals, and worksheets.
For Science, I teach young learners through real-life examples, pictures, simple experiments, and stories.
Topics include plants, animals, the human body, weather, materials, and our environment and E.T.C — all explained in a way children can easily relate to.
I also help school-going students with their homework using the Seesaw app, ensuring they complete tasks correctly and understand the concepts behind them.
Every child learns at a different pace, so I create personalised lessons based on the child’s level and school syllabus. I provide gentle guidance, regular practice, and positive encouragement to help children grow in confidence and understanding.
My goal is to help children love learning while building strong foundations in Math and Science, setting them up for future success
