About Beth
I bring 6 years of experience teaching singing to students from school to college. My teaching philosophy centers on holistic vocal development, combining technical skills with artistic expression.
Students learn proper breathing, vocal flexibility, pitch accuracy, and tone, while also exploring creativity through improvisation and interpretation. I use engaging methods such as rhythm exercises, interactive drills, and performance simulations to make lessons lively and effective.
Each session is personalized to the student’s level and goals, whether preparing for competitions, school performances, or casual singing enjoyment. My supportive teaching style encourages confidence, discipline, and a love for music, helping students achieve consistent growth and a deeper connection to their voice.

My approach to teaching Singing combines technical skill, creative freedom, and cultural respect. I believe communication is essential for effective learning.
I explain vocal concepts clearly, demonstrate techniques, and listen carefully to student feedback. This helps me adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles and vocal needs.
Creativity is integrated into every lesson. I encourage students to experiment with tone, dynamics, and expression through creative vocal exercises and song interpretation. By exploring different styles and emotions, students build confidence and develop their own artistic voice.
Cultural sensitivity guides my choice of teaching material. Singing is deeply connected to culture, and I respect each student’s background. I include a variety of musical genres and languages, helping students appreciate diversity while improving flexibility and musical understanding.
Accountability is encouraged by setting clear expectations and consistent practice routines. I help students take responsibility for their progress by reviewing goals and celebrating improvement. Along with Singing, I also teach related subjects such as vocal care, music theory basics, ear training, and performance skills to ensure well-rounded vocal development.
