About Katy
Yoga teacher of 200hrs qualified earlier this year and currently holding space for private clients. Dedicated too assisting the calming of nervous systems and enabling deep relaxation through asana and pranayama. I also hold counselling qualifications and a degree in Social Anthropology. Prior to completing my yoga teaching, I worked closely with children coping with emotional and mental imbalance.
