About Shuma
I am a bassoonist who has been playing for over 5 years and have taught students to learn difficult etudes and pieces for their auditions and to improve their technical skills. I have worked with students to improve their range, their technicality, and most importantly the way to approach music. I want to help musicians affordably.

I can help bassoonists on all levels from starting out to advanced bassoonist that mastered all registers of bassoon. I will help with general bassoon stuff such as fingerings, playing higher, reed adjustment recommendations. I will also give you practice exercises that are completely free, and you can send me recordings of them so I can give insight even when I am not tutoring with you. I am generally available during the weekends. Feel free to ask me questions any time and I will answer them when we aren't taking lessons together.
