Experienced Art & Drawing Tutor for Children (Reception–Year 5) I hold a Master’s degree in User Experience Design and have years of experience teaching children. My Approach to Tutoring I believe that every child is naturally creative, and my role as a tutor is to nurture that creativity through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. My lessons focus on building confidence, imagination, and artistic skills through drawing, painting, and creative exercises tailored to each child’s interests. Techniques & Methodology I use a playful, hands-on approach, blending structured guidance with freedom to explore. Lessons include step-by-step drawing activities, themed projects and open-ended creative tasks to encourage self-expression. Lesson Length Classes typically last 30 minutes to 45 minutes, which I’ve found to be the perfect balance for maintaining focus and creativity, especially for younger children. Qualifications & Experience I hold a Master’s degree in User Experience Design and have several years of experience teaching and mentoring children in art. My background allows me to combine creativity with structure, helping kids build skills step by step while keeping lessons fun and interactive. Who Are My Lessons For? My lessons are designed for children in Reception through Year 5 (ages 4–10). Whether your child is a beginner discovering art for the first time or a budding young artist, I adapt each session to their pace, interests, and ability.
