About Jake
I am a secondary school P.E teacher and Head of Year 11 who has been teaching for 5 years in St Albans. I studied ‘sports studies’ at Hertfordshire University and then trained to become a teacher soon after. My main sport is Basketball, however I also go to the gym, play football and take part in boxing.

My teaching method is to use lots of practical examples in my explanations and to also ‘act out’ points where possible. I try and simplify each topic area and then build on the important points through discussions and PowerPoint slides.
