About CHRISTINA
I am a musician with a speciality in music composition, singing, and piano. I have been teaching in UK since 2016 and in Greece since 2014. I have started her music education at my 7 years with classical piano training and participation in vocal ensembles. I took my first music Diploma in Music Harmony from the conservatory in 2011 and the second Diploma in Counterpoint Music in 2013. In 2015 I took my Piano Teaching Diploma (equivalent to LRAM) and my Bachelor's Degree in Music Studies, pathway Music Technology and Acoustics, with first-class Honours by the National University of Athens. In 2016 I completed my first Master's Degree in Composition at City University of London. I am currently studying for my second Master's in Computational Arts at Goldsmiths University of London.

My goal as a teacher is to keep the lesson interesting, fun and effective and in the same way to keep the students excited, motivated and concentrated. The most important thing is to give the full image of the subject students are studying because I strongly believe that knowledge should not be a mechanical process. For this reason, I always keep myself updated with new pedagogical methods and I am always trying to improve my techniques and my knowledge. Since the very first time I started teaching I felt the relationship I had with my students and how they engaged with the subject because of the way I was teaching that and this is where I am founding my enthusiasm about teaching. My academic background can provide rich knowledge to my students, and I hope that through my teaching methods I will bring more people into higher education and more educated people means the evolution of our world.
