About Caroline
I teach people with a variety of different issues from back pain, stress, hypermobility, postural problems to headaches, balance and coordination.
I design the lessons to the individuals needs so that they can take the technique home with them and use it.
I come from a background of dance and design. I qualified in 2016 from the London Centre of Alexander Technique and Training.
I love what I do and I hope this comes across, as I will seek out different ways to teach the same thing.

I teach one to one classes and online. I look at posture and how you use your body on a daily basis, sitting, standing, walking. We can identify what may be causing pain and discomfort. I use techniques to improve postural use therefore reducing pain and stress.
