About Keir
I am an experienced professional with a background in leadership and operations, combined with lived experience of ADHD. I know first-hand the challenges that come with focus, organisation, and confidence, and I use that understanding to support others. I believe everyone deserves strategies that work for them, not generic advice. How many planners and diaries have we opened, written one page and forgotten about? They don't work. My approach is supportive, practical, and honest, giving you space to learn new ways of managing life while building on your own strengths.

Drawing on lived experience, I have a unique ability to translate the challenges and strengths of ADHD into practical support, structure, and encouragement for students who want to improve focus, organisation, and confidence in their studies. I use simple tools and flexible coaching methods that adapt to each student’s needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. Sessions usually last 60 minutes and can be tailored for those who need ongoing guidance or short-term support around study habits, routines, or managing workload. I create a safe, relaxed space where students can talk openly to someone who genuinely understands and leave with clear steps to try in their daily life and learning. These sessions are especially valuable for students who are pre-diagnosis, recently diagnosed, or questioning whether ADHD may be part of their challenges. Together we explore ways to use ADHD traits as strengths while reducing the difficulties they can bring in education.
