First 45 Minutes are used for a free assessment call - where I assess where your accent is and what your goals are, so that we can develop your training pathway.

Afterwards, you can pay for one or multiple sessions to get started! The session is only booked if you pay the session fee upfront. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment - you can request a refund. You can also reschedule to another available date or ask for an offline session (where materials are sent without a live call, and you can send at your pace a recording for me to coach you on). If you cancel within 24 hours, you are not able to get a refund, but you can still ask for a schedule change or an offline session.

If I have to cancel a session, you are entitled to a refund. I will also inquire if we can reschedule or do a remote session.
