About Mauritia
I have a lifelong passion for fitness, weightlifting, and gymnastics, shaped by being raised in a bodybuilding environment from a young age. I grew up learning about training techniques, proper dieting, and the discipline needed to succeed. My gymnastics journey took me all the way to competing at SA level, and even after I stopped competing, I continued to train because I truly love the sport. My goal is to share this passion with my students—helping them build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle in a fun and supportive way.
