About Adarsh
- Head of International Banking wing at SBICRM, an apex institute of Credit, Forex and Risk & Compliance.
- Head of SBI's contact centre operations department, spread over 5 locations across India, having more than 1500 seats handling around 500,000 calls a day.
- Certification Manual (of the bank) on Forex and on Resolution of Stressed Assets were brought out under my control.
- Retired from the job on 31st October 2019, on superannuating.

During this period I conducted various research studies some of which also resulting in framing bank policies. Some of these research studies are as under:
- Foreign exchange derivative products in SBI (March 2013)
- Buyer's Credit (March 2014) : The paper was found by the bank so comprehensive that a copy of the same was forwarded to all our foreign offices as guidance. Based on the suggestions made, the functionality of buyer's credit was developed by our bank in the system.
- Financing of Merchanting Trade in SBI (March 2015): Suggestions made in the study were later accepted by the bank and were implemented as a policy matter.
