About Kimia
I am a Melbourne-based graphic designer and visual storyteller who merges strategy with emotion to create impactful design. I specialize in transforming complex ideas into purposeful, high-impact visual narratives. Throughout my career, I have led over 1,500 studio sessions and countless on-location shoots across Australia and Europe, including fashion editorials in Milan and Venice. I have had the privilege of working in fast-paced studios and intimate freelance settings, always with a commitment to crafting beautiful, evocative stories through light, composition, and connection. My background in boudoir photography has given me a unique perspective on how to build trust, guide gently, and create space for vulnerability. Many of my clients arrive feeling nervous or unsure—and leave not only with stunning images but a renewed sense of confidence. I have consistently set studio sales records because clients feel at ease in my presence and trust my direction. This emotional intelligence, paired with strong posing and lighting skills, has been foundational to my success.
